Before I called her name,
she was nothing
more than a gesture.
When I called her name,
she came to me
and became a flower.
Like I called her name,
will someone please call my name
that suits my light and fragrance?

"On the Day that Shines Again"

Driving force.

My new novel is what I like to call a blue-collar love story. I like to create characters that are flawed, morally centered, and a work in progress. I don't like the word "damaged," because to me it implies that they can't be fixed.  I've always found imperfection, in some cases more interesting than perfection. These are principles that guide me when creating my characters. Check back soon for the title and cover reveal.

Summer of 2019..

I can't wait until I can visit this lovely zoo again. The elephants were truly majestic.
