Mother Nature..

Mother Nature must have been listening to my complaints about the weather..Because the next few days the temps are going to be up in the 60's and 70's. Those are record breaking temps for February in New York.

Come Spring..

Hope everyone is enjoying their Sunday. We're supposed to get about six inches of snow. I'm just not a fan of the Winter. Although, the snow is pretty and nice to look at I'd rather it be sunny and warm. I can't stand clearing my car off and waiting for it to heat up. I found this wonderful little broom  that works really well it's called a Snow Joe.  

I enjoying working out and I just started yoga. I'll let you know how I like it. I never wanted to do it, because it seemed rather boring. I need something that's fast-paced and full of motion... But maybe this will be a nice edition to my routine.  I shall spend the day working on my new novel, doing some yoga and trying to stay warm. Sending warmth and good vibes your way.

Tuesday Thoughts..

Lovely creature..

  After losing my dog of 17 years.. I figured down the road I'd get a puppy. I still consider myself a dog person and not really a cat person. That said, this beautiful little creature stumbled into my life as a stray. When she was found she was extremely underweight and full of fleas. She also had a nasty little wound on one of her paws. She was so skittish I had to put her food bowl beneath the kitchen table, because she wouldn't come out. That was almost five months ago. Now she has put on some weight  is thriving and a lot more outgoing. Isn't she gorgeous? I think she's a Norwegian Forest cat mix.
