Within the last few weeks, I've received inquires about purchasing my books from South Korean readers. I've found the following info, I hope it helps.
"You can buy Kindle books in South Korea by using an Amazon
account set to a US or other supported region. While there is no dedicated
Amazon Korea Kindle store, you can access the amazon.com Kindle store to
purchase, download, and read books.
Key Considerations for Using Kindle in South Korea:
Account Region: Your Kindle is tied to the country in your
Amazon account settings. If you have a US Amazon account, you can buy books
while in Korea.
Changing Region: If your account is set to Korea, you may
need to update your account address to a US address to access the full Kindle
store.
Purchasing Content: You can buy books using a US credit card
or an international card accepted by Amazon.
Physical Kindle Purchases: Kindles are not directly shipped
from Amazon US to Korea easily, but you can buy them via Coupang or use
third-party shipping services.
Regional Restrictions: Some publishers restrict certain
titles, but most Kindle content is accessible."
