Writing My Heart in Seoul changed my life and introduced me to some wonderful people, and helped get my writing career on track. I’m forever grateful to my inspiration… You know who you are.💓 Also, to the folks who purchased the book and continue to support me in ways they’ll never know. Lilac season

  Lilacs will be in full bloom in mid-April here in New York. I can’t wait for the lovely scent to fill my home. When I was a child, on my way home from school, I would pick a bouquet of lilacs for my mom. She'd  proudly place them on the dining room table.💓  I'll take lilacs any day, over roses.😉🎕

Yeah , it really is raining in New York.☔ I find the sound of pouring rain, especially in the summer very romantic.💓 I always have at least one rain scene in my novels.

Answer: Adventure club sounds more exciting.

Answer:   I would love to visit Jeju Island.

 I was reading over the questions I’ve received, and this one from Jackie stood out. It’s an excellent question.

“If you were in love with someone and they didn’t feel the same, would you want them to be happy with someone else or alone forever?”

Answer: I would want the person I was in love with to be happy beyond their wildest dreams. Even if I couldn’t be with them. It would fill my heart with joy seeing them thrive and live a full life with someone else, rather than them being alone forever.

Hello, Christina,  I've emailed you the answer, but I'll post it here too. I don't eat a lot of candy, but when I do, I like HI-Chews and a Cadbury fruit and nut bar.  No, there isn't going to be a sequel to Raelee Scattering. that said, I will be featuring characters from that book in future novels.

I was asked this question two years ago. 

“What is the name of your latest book and what inspired it?” 

I’d like to expand my answer.

My latest novel is Raelee Scattering. Although I’ve written romance novels, mystery is my first love. My mother passed away a few years ago. It was a tough time for me. I’ve learned there’s no set time for grief, and everyone copes differently. Writing is very therapeutic for me. I tapped into a host of emotions in Raelee Scattering. It’s a suspenseful mystery, a love story, and a who-done it. Detective Tae Lee has experienced unimaginable tragedy. His girlfriend, Gina Rae, has been there to help him through. The love they share is profound and unconditional. Here’s a line from the book. “Gina heard his tormented cries in the middle of the night, and instead of running away, she ran toward him.”
